Child Development Center Director

Overview

The Director of the Holy Savior Early Child Development center is the overall manager of the center.  The Director works in partnership with the Pastor of Holy Savior LCMS to create a Christ Centered, Lutheran centric educational program for the center. He or she establishes the culture of the center through hiring and managing the staff, building relationships with parents and students, and evaluating and updating the curriculum to maintain the highest educational and spiritual quality of the center.

The Director also leads the marketing efforts of the center, works with the Council and financial personnel to develop budgets and financial health of the center, and establishes a long-term strategic plan for the center.  Regular reports will be provided to the Church Council and when requested to the Voters’ Assembly by the Director, and directly reports to the Senior Pastor of Holy Savior.
