Are you a passionate educator with a heart for Christian education? First Lutheran School – Benton is seeking a dedicated School Teacher for a combined 3rd and 4th grade class!
📚 Position: 3rd & 4th Grade Teacher
📍 Location: First Lutheran School – Benton
🕊️ Goal: To provide a Christ-centered education that nurtures academic excellence and biblical values.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A committed Christian who integrates Scripture and biblical values into teaching.
✅ A passionate educator who fosters academic growth in students through individualized instruction.
✅ A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and supports parental involvement.
✅ A professional with a Bachelor’s degree in education (or a relevant field with teaching experience).
✅ A dedicated teacher who embraces best teaching practices and maintains a safe, productive learning environment.
What You’ll Do:
📖 Teach and inspire a combined 3rd and 4th grade class through engaging lessons and activities.
📝 Provide meaningful feedback and track student progress.
🤝 Communicate regularly with parents and conduct conferences.
🙏 Pray for and support students and their families.
