Join us at Hope Lutheran Classical Academy.
We are looking for an Elementary Teacher and a Middle School Teacher, but are open to consider anyone who might excel in our setting.
The classes are primarily multi-grade which allows flexibility in teaching style, yet we also provide volunteers and tutors to assist the teachers. Our class sizes are smaller, generally capped at 20.
We are on a 4-day program, so feel free to enjoy your long weekends in our beautiful state.
Contracts are ten months, paid out over the whole year. And prices are based on a salary scale set by the board which factors in education and experience. Most teachers find themselves receiving between $30-40k/10 months. Full time employees receive benefits, or a stipend if you are able to opt-out.
Interest or experience with Classical Education is preferred but not required. Since it is so core to who we are and our mission, we do ask that our employees share our Christian, Trinitarian, beliefs.
