Candidates are expected to:

Support the School's Mission: Actively uphold and implement the school's statements of purpose, philosophy, goals, and mission statement in daily practice.
Student Learning Management: Assess, prescribe, evaluate, and guide student learning in alignment with the school's objectives.
Conflict Resolution: Adhere to the principles of Matthew 18 when addressing conflicts.
Fulfillment of Responsibilities: Complete all assigned duties, including grade-level assignments, staff responsibilities, and co-curricular activities.
Timely Documentation: Ensure all required reports, records, and forms are completed and submitted on time.
Professional Relationships: Maintain a Christian professional relationship with colleagues, parents, and students.
Participation in Meetings: Attend and engage in faculty meetings to contribute to collaborative efforts.
Event Attendance: Participate in events as specified in the teaching contract.
