Position Title: Choral Music Teacher
Division: Middle School and High School
Supervisor: Divisional Principals
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced secondary Choral/Choir teacher to begin in the 2025-2026 school year. The Concordia Choral Music Teacher will teacher 6 courses across MS/HS facilitating learning in choirs ranging from beginning to advanced levels. Other curricular duties include conducting concerts to showcase student learning, fostering/leading after-school music opportunities for students with preparation and participation in external music festivals and the supporting the annual middle and high school musicals. Other duties such as Advisory, and supervision may also be assigned.
In order to meet Concordia student learning results and grade level expectations, the choral teacher carries out the following broad domains: Planning and Preparation, Classroom Management, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities.
