Overview
The purpose of this position is to engage in student ministry by facilitating Christian community, promoting student engagement, and enhancing the Concordia experience for all students. The person in this role provides Christ-centered leadership assisting with oversight and management of student engagement initiatives, the Residence Life program, and general support in the Student Life Office. The primary objective of the Residence Life program is to provide trained residence hall staff to serve as spiritual leaders, relationship builders, community facilitators, and resources providers for students living on campus. This is a full-time position with full-time benefits.
