Overview
Good Shepherd Lutheran School is seeking to fill a 1st grade teaching position for the 25-26 school year. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and hold or be willing to obtain state teaching certification. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in early childhood or elementary education. An active membership in an LCMS congregation is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to integrating faith into teaching and modeling Christian values. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency with classroom technology, and the ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs.
