About Jesus Our Savior Lutheran Preschool
Jesus Our Savior Lutheran Preschool Is located on the Winnebago reservation in Winnebago Nebraska in the northeastern part of the state. Our preschool was started in 1997. Pastor Ricky Jacob was called in 1980 to serve as the first Pastor of Jesus Our Savior Lutheran Church. Pastor Jacob still serves in that position. Our preschool has had three teachers who have fulfilled the teacher/director position since it’s opening in 1997. The teacher is also the director of the preschool and works closely with Pastor Jacob. A board of directors oversees the preschool. Currently, we have a morning preschool class and an afternoon preschool class with the average enrollment being 16 students. Many of our students come to preschool with a very limited knowledge of Jesus. This is a mission field where the teacher shares the love of Jesus with the students and their families.
