St. John-Emmanuel Lutheran School is seeking a passionate and engaging part-time Music Teacher to serve students in grades K–8 two days per week. This role includes teaching foundational music skills, fostering a love of music, and helping coordinate opportunities for students to sing in church services throughout the year.

Responsibilities

Teach general music classes to K–8 students
Plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons in music fundamentals
Prepare students for performances and church participation
Create a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment

Qualifications

Valid teaching license (or ability to obtain)
Passion for music education and working with children
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to the mission of Christian education
