About St. John Lutheran Church & School

St. John Lutheran Church & School enjoys a 140-year history in the rural Suring area of Northeastern Wisconsin. The school itself was established in 1903 as a one-room-schoolhouse. The current four room school was built in 1913 and has functioned as a school of combined classrooms for over 120 years. By the grace of God, we have been able to manage a school through many changes over the years and look forward to God's gracious blessing on the students of our school in years to come. St. John Church finds richness in the historic liturgy and an unwavering adherence to God's Word and the Lutheran Confessions.
