About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a joyful, faith-filled Second Grade Teacher to join our Christ-centered school family. This position comes with a dedicated classroom aide, 1-to-1 student technology, and a whole lot of support from our caring administrative and pastoral staff. You won’t be alone in this—our team works together, prays together, and grows together!
What You’ll Do:
Create a warm, Christ-centered classroom where students grow academically and spiritually
Collaborate with your classroom aide to bring creative lessons to life
Incorporate technology in meaningful ways (hello, 1-to-1 devices!)
Partner with parents to support students’ growth and success
Serve as a positive, encouraging role model in faith and life
Help share God’s love every single day
What We’re Looking For:
A certified teacher (or in the process of certification) with a love for second grade learners
Someone excited to integrate faith into the classroom
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, joy-filled environment
Strong communication skills and a heart for ministry

About St. Martin Lutheran
St. Martin is a large congregation in a town 40 miles west of Green Bay. Our ministries include but are not limited to, an Early Childhood program and a Lutheran day school serving students in Pre-3 through 8th grade. We have one classroom per grade with 6 classroom aides. We also have two full time pastors who are very involved with the school.
