Trinity Lutheran High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated leader to serve as our next Athletic Director!
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes both on and off the field. The Athletic Director will oversee all aspects of our athletics program, support coaches and student-athletes, and help foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and servant leadership.
Position Highlights:
• Provide leadership and vision for all athletic programs
• Support and evaluate coaching staff
• Ensure compliance with Indiana High School Athletic Association guidelines
• Promote a positive, Christ-centered culture of competition and sportsmanship
• Coordinate scheduling, facilities, and athletic events
The Athletic Director position is a full-time, salaried role with benefits available.
