Lead Preschool Teacher Wanted

Position Title: Lead Preschool Teacher – Part Time (18 hours/week over 10 month period)

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

Teacher should:

Be a committed Christian and active member of a Christian congregation.

Understand and be dedicated to the mission and vision of SHINE Preschool.

Have enthusiasm and dedication to the vocation of a teacher, with a sincere desire and ability to impact young lives as they grow in both knowledge and in their faith.

Be certified in CPR and First Aid and Food handlers card (training provided as needed).

Submit to a background check and complete training required by the state of Oregon.

Possess strong organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.

Preferred Education: BS/BA in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education or Special Education or Completion of 20 credits (semester system) toward Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year teaching experience
